"Weekend Boutique Hotel" means, "Kiwiban" limited liability company, registered at: Chisinau st. Arborilor 7, R. Moldova.

When making a booking through, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Supplier of Weekend Boutique Hotel, from whom you make a reservation or purchase a service / product.


The supplier is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and correctness (descriptive) information (including prices and availability of rooms), or its amenities, products, services, premises displayed on the Platform.

Please note that you may be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy, (pre-payment and non-arrival), and you may not be entitled to claim any (prepaid) amount . We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation, prepayment and non-arrival rules prior to making your booking and make future payments in accordance with the requirements for the corresponding booking in a timely manner.

If you are late on the day of check-in, arrive late or only the next day, (promptly / promptly) inform the Supplier about it. Please note that the amount paid is not subject to recall for any reason after the provider has provided the relevant service and any attempt to withdraw the amount will be considered a violation of the law and a criminal act.

 5. (Further) correspondence and communication

When completing the reservation, you agree to receive (i) an e-mail that we can send to you immediately prior to the date of arrival, with information on the relevant direction, certain data and special offers (including special offers from third parties for which you yourself made a request) related to your booking and destination, and (ii) an e-mail that we can send to you immediately after your stay at the hotel, with a request to fill out our review form about our hotel. To complete and guarantee the booking you need to specify the correct email address. We are not responsible for (and not required to verify) any incorrect or misspelled email address, incorrectly specified mobile phone number or credit card number.

Any claims or complaints against or regarding SRL "Kiwiban" should be filed as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days after the scheduled day of use of the product or service (for example, dates of departure). Any claims or complaints sent after the 30-day period can be rejected, and the claimant is denied the right to any compensation (for damage or costs).

 6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed, all software required to provide our services and / or used on our Platform and intellectual property rights (including copyrights and related rights) with respect to the content, information and materials posted on the Platform belong to the company SRL "Kiwiban", "Weekend Boutique Hotel".
